1. It costs $0.00 to book. feel free to ask any questions before booking using my chat bot, text or email found at the bottom of the homepage.
The assigned mover will reach out to introduce himself by text message and will ask for any additional info. all movers come with dollies, blankets, straps and more.
2. after both parties confirm what needs to be done, reminders will be sent leading to moving day.
3. mover(s) arrive at the scheduled time and complete the service.
4. Once the job is completed, you will be sent an invoice by email where you can pay the total amount. you have 24 hours to review the invoice and pay it off. after 24 hours, it will be charged the invoice amount with the card saved at booking.
payment is processed using square so most pay options and cash is accepted.
there is an option to leave a tip for the musclemen. all tips are paid 100% to the movers and are graciously received.
there is a 10% service fee for completed services.
